The Kwik Fix Recruitment Process

If we're impressed by your application, we'll contact you to arrange an interview.
A couple of interview pointers: We'll ask lots of questions about your work history, and your personal qualities and experience. We'll expect you to ask us questions too, at the end of the interview, so it might be useful to write down any questions you want to ask beforehand, and bring them along on a notepad. It's fine to take notes in the interview - in fact, we encourage it, as we'll be making plenty of notes about you.
We understand that many plumbing companies don't conduct formal interviews, and some don't even interview at all. But, Kwik Fix isn't an ordinary plumbing company, and we're looking for extraordinary plumbers to join our team. Kwik Fix plumbers are always smartly dressed, and whilst we know that not everyone owns a suit, we will expect you to turn up for interview looking as smart as possible. Visible tattoos, or facial piercings are not acceptable to us, or our customers. If they can be covered up, or removed fine - if not, please don't apply in the first place.
If you pass the interview, we'll invite you to a second interview, where we'll ask more in depth questions. If you pass this stage, we'll then call your previous employers for references.
After offering you a position with Kwik Fix, we'll call you in to discuss final details, such as salary and bonuses, take a copy of your driving licence etc.
